The Ichthyological Collection of CEFET-MG currently has over 300 vouchers and approximately 2,000 individuals. The collection includes species belonging to 5 orders, originating from various regions of the São Francisco River basin and the Doce River basin. The majority of the specimens belong to the Conservation Units of PARNA Cipó and PARNA Gandarela. The collection is open to the entire scientific community, including students, researchers, and professors.
