The collection includes specimens of Hymenoptera parasitoids, Braconidae and Ichneumonidae especially from the Brazilian fauna, identified in level of subfamilies and genera. They are approximately 200,000 dry preserved specimens mounted on pins or blankets and in alcohol. There are also 1500 samples in freezers awaiting sorting. Hosts of many species are included in the collection.
