The Santa Verônica Giuliani Collection (SVG) collects, stores and distributes standard biological reference agents for research, development and analysis services in phytosanitary diagnosis and plant health management. The SVG has 166 biological agents, consisting of fungi, bacteria, insects, mites, seeds and plant nematodes. In addition to acting as a biorepository and distributor, the SVG offers specialized services for the characterization and handling of biological agents of agricultural interest. Individuals, institutions, agencies and companies that wish to outsource their collections can count on the secure deposit service for their biological agents, with total guarantee of exclusivity of the patented rights or not, through a contract that establishes total intervention by the patent holder or the interested party.
